COVID-19 has changed nearly every aspect of life – health, finances, relationships, careers, and more have been directly affected. Most people have experienced some level of fear, anger, sadness, or loneliness. Many of us are still facing challenges that can be stressful, overwhelming, and cause strong emotions in adults and children.
After a long struggle we finally have we have the vaccines launching, few countries are still under a lockdown
whereas other are slowly shifting towards opening their businesses, universities etc. But life does not feel the same anymore.

If you are struggling to cope, there are many ways to get help. Call your healthcare provider if stress gets in the way of your daily activities for several days in a row.
-You don’t need to be happy.
You can stay angry or disappointed, but it’s important to have hope and believing that things can change for the better.
-Just like there was a good time before COVID-19, there will be a better time after COVID-19.
It’s okay to mourn your old life and those you’ve lost, but don’t give up new possibilities and remaining relationships. It’s probably true that life will never go back to “normal” – but that doesn’t mean it can’t be good again.
-Create a New Routine
Keep up with some kind of routine. If your typical routine isn’t feasible anymore, create a new one. The WHO recommends you get up and go to bed at similar times, eat at regular hours, and schedule slots for personal hygiene and exercise.
