Healthy glowing skin is irresistible and there is nothing we can’t do to get that. It can be achieved if we eat right. The foods which you can eat to attain the desired beautiful, glowing, and healthy skin are:

● CARROT
Every time you crave for a healthy and glowing skin, think of the carrot roots. They are not only good for your eyes but also essential for your skin. Carrots contain plenty of beta-carotene and vitamin A which play significant roles in the growth and development of the skin.
● TURMERIC
The benefits of turmeric and curcumin on your skin are incredible. It is not just an ordinary spice,it is rich in curcumin which is an active antioxidant and also holds anti-inflammatory properties. So, consuming turmeric or creating a facial mask out of it will result to a healthy, smooth, and glowing skin.
● TOMATOES
Tomatoes contain large amounts of lycopene (the phytochemical that makes them red) which protects the skin cells from sun’s UV rays.
● SALMON
The best foods for youthful, glowing skin is salmon. The reason being, salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE) which both contributes to a youthful and healthy skin.
It keeps the skin hydrated and soft, and it also helps prevent the formation of wrinkles.
● PAPAYA
Food for younger and glowing skin The papaya contains active and useful enzymes which are of great benefit to the skin. It helps in removing blemishes and black spots. Also, they help in treating other skin complications like acne when applied topically on the skin.
