It’s exciting and maybe a little bit scary, but it’s true – 2020 will be here soon.
Every one in this world tries to become a better person as each year passes by. An year is a milestone for each person, where one looks back, recollect and understand what all mistakes they made, what good one has done so far. And how to make oneself as a better person. So people tend to make resolutions. A New Year’s resolution is a decision to do or not do something to accomplish a personal goal or break a habit. It comes at a time when people look back at the past year and make an effort to improve themselves as the new year begins.
☆Here are a few tips which would work great to accomplish your goals of new year resolutions.

■Don’t make the mistake of having too many resolutions. Make a list of 5 goals for yourself. Set GOALS for long term and short term.
■Remind yourself constantly about the goals. Use the visualization boards or a fridge magnet to keep your resolutions in front of you all the time.
■As everybody knows that slow and steady wins the race. Take a step wise approach to achieve your goals.
■Taking action is most important. Acting upon the reminders and doing a little bit every day keeps us hopefully and positively motivated and energized to achieve our resolutions.
■ we all have hundred and one work and every one has equal amount of time. In this case we need to prioritize the work.
