WHY SIMPLE HABITS IN DAY TO DAY LIFE SHOW A BIGGER IMPACT IN LATER YEARS
Having a proper schedule in today's busy world is challenging.But following a regular pattern of food and sleeping habits can be beneficial in the long run.There is a belief system that says habits can't be changed once you have entered adulthood because you get used to the regular life which you have been following and that is harder to change when you cross a certain age.Habits take will power , not age to form.You plan on working out and motivate yourself everyday, it becomes a habit; you plan on eating healthy regularly and you do it, it becomes a habit; you plan to wake up early every morning to make your day more efficient, you won't need an alarm clock soon.Excellence is not an exception, it's a Prevailing attitude.

In this age of social media, we tend to come across motivational stuff, we double tap,like it,retweet it,pin it and continue scrolling down Instagram,Facebook,Twitter,Pinterest or any other social media platform for the next hour.No one can change your life except you.Motivational stuff online can keep you going on your journey but it is you who has to make a start to the positive change you want to see yourself be a part of.So, put your phone down and think about what could be the best possible way to cultivate any one regular activity everyday to make it a habit and act upon it immediately, don't think about starting it tomorrow, next monday, next week , next month or even add it in the new year resolutions list. Get yourself started immediately and keep yourself enough motivated and have enough will power to keep you going.Your journey won't be smooth but you will be proud of yourself later.
